Float Application

This year, we are giving you more options on how to submit your Float Application. Please be sure you read the instructions thoroughly.

Option 1: Download the application below, then:

  • Complete all required information on your device
  • Read and sign the Participant Rules and Regulations
  • Read and Acknowledge the Lighting Requirements
  • Print, Read and Sign the Indemnity Agreement in front of a Notary Public. **You’ll need to bring this to the mandatory meeting on November 29th)
  • Email the completed application to us at miraclesparade@gmail.com

Make sure to send your application fee through our PayPal link at the bottom of this page.

  • Complete all required information
